Private home – COSTA BRAVA – Girona
Sail in a private house on the seafront on the Costa Brava. This sail had to be very robust (we all know the strength of the Tramuntana) and be able to adapt to the different hours of sunshine. Challenge achieved! We made an EXCLUSIV sail (with a perimeter hem to incorporate the dyneema line), a metal plate was incorporated in each fist (corner) of the sail and a guide was added to the post to be able to easily raise and lower the anchor point.

In this project for a private house in Sitges, there were two objectives: to create shade in the garden and to improve the temperature in the outbuilding leading to the terrace of the house, which has glazed walls.
The shade sail was installed taking advantage of the facade (only one post was needed) and created a very pleasant dining area for vrano and avoided the overheating of the outbuilding.

In this installation, we have designed a perfect shade solution for a terrace in front of the house and before the swimming pool, offering sun protection without sacrificing design. The shade sail has been fixed with two anchor points on the facade and two strategically placed posts to ensure stability and functionality. This configuration not only provides an ideal shelter to enjoy the terrace and pool throughout the day, but also gives a sense of spaciousness and fluidity to the space.

Installation of EXCLUSIV Shade sails in La Moraleja. In such an exclusive enclave as La Moraleja, our sails shade sails have become the perfect detail to transform the outdoor space. In this project, we have installed two overlapping triangular sails, creating a set of dynamic shapes that not only provide effective shade, but also bring a sophisticated and contemporary touch to the environment. All the materials used are top brands in the nautical sector: SELDEN, RUTGERSON, DYNEEMA.
